My client is an award-winning global leader in the creation and development of cyber security strategies, including Penetration Testing, Threat Intelligence, Incident Response and Security Research. They work closely with leadership teams to help organisations gain situational awareness around their current cyber security posture.
 
The Role
Your main priority will be leading the internal IT and client focused Network Analysts. You will ensure teams are managed effectively though your team leadership exposure, as well as ensuring the continued mentoring and development of employees.

Responsibilities 
 Provide leadership, technical expertise and management to all SOC members.Co-ordinate and manage the support services of all clients and colleagues.Monitor and maintain internal and client infrastructure.Support all internal and external clients, managing tickets in accordance to the agreed SLA's.Disaster preparation/recoveryRegularly review SOC objectives, ensuring regular reviews to ensure these are meaningful and aligned to business strategy.Ensure ISO27001 compliance.Key Skills
To fulfil this role effectively, you must have:  
 Strong IT Security technical skillsPreviously been in a lead position with proven staff managementAt least two of: CCNP/MCSE/VCP/PCNSE/CCSEYou will also need to have knowledge in one or more of the below areas:
 Palo Alto/Cisco/Checkpoint/Fortinet Firewall ProductsMulti-Factor AuthenticationVMware/Hyper-VCisco (R+S), HP Switching, Cisco/Meraki, Aruba Wireless productsSecurity Practice within Network DesignWindows/Linux Operating SystemsTCP/IP and underlying network protocols
