SAP Senior Project Manager (Success Factors / HR / Payroll) - Coventry - 6-month contract

Our client in the utilities industry requires a SAP Senior Project Manager with strong experience of implementing all modules of SAP success factors including HR and Payroll, to join their team based in Coventry on a 6-month contract.

The role:

* You will be working on a SAP HR and Payroll transformation project.

Key Skills

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' hands-on experience of:

* Implementing all SAP success factors modules

* IT Project management experience in a medium to large company

* Payroll Conversion to SAP

* Conversion of legacy to S4 Hana

* Software Delivery Lifecycle methodologies such as SCRUM, Agile, Waterfall / SDLC

* SAP BW reporting

* Cut over planning

* MS Project, PPM (Clarity, Primavera, MS Project Online, etc.), Excel, Word and PowerPoint

* Software programmes such as ServiceNow and MySAP.

Qualifications

You should have a project delivery qualification such as:

* Prince 2 Practitioner / PMI / APMP

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

* Managing a portfolio of initiatives with different levels of complexity.

* Leading the on-site project team to ensure project goals and milestones are met.

* Owning the full project lifecycle from implementation, and initiation to deployment.

* Ensuring the overall programme is aligned to strategic objectives and supports the achievement of strategic objectives.

* Providing reports on the project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment activities.

* Managing change and the project scope.

* Reviewing the Statement of Work and specifications

* Managing the budget, risks and issues
