IT Outsourcing Manager wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
Your experience/skills:
* 7+ years practical experience as an IT Risk consultant within a large environment and a focus on Outsourcing
* Work experience in the banking sector along with strong understanding of IT Risk & Outsourcing Management
* Readiness to serve the customer in an effective and efficient way by considering the risks and risk mitigation strategy as well as a team orientated and independent manner of working
* Academic degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Natural Science
* Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
* Processing and approving of the outsourcing requests
* Supporting and contributing to the documentation of the specific outsourcing requests as well as reporting to Head IT Risk Management
* Defining and reviewing standard set of requirements (SLA) for generic outsourcing contracts in compliance with the regulatory requirements
* Allocating dashboard of outsourced IT services with their compliance and maturity
* Delivering defined standards, processes, control and reports to the run organisation
