A skilled Senior UX Designer is required to join an exciting software company in Barcelona that are truly user-focused!

Salary up to EUR45k.

Working in a multi-disciplinary team, you'll work on intuitive data analysis software, transforming complex data into digestable information to create a fantastic user experience. A team player is required, somebody who is happy sharing and listening to others' ideas in order to reach the heights that are aimed for.

The Senior UX Designer will have the following responsibilities:

* Work closely with the design team & stakeholders to implement UX design projects for the software, webstie and brand

* Provide UX direction, aligning values and business goals, providing timely designs to a high standard.

* Take complex tasks and transform them into easy to understand wireframes

* Translate technical requirements into usable and excellent interfaces

* Create; user flows, wireframes, sitemaps research reports and more.

* Be an advocate for the users' needs, always!

* Supervise Junior UX Designers and work closely alongside the Senior Visual Designer

The right Senior UX Designer will need the following:

* 5+ years of UX Design experience

* Degree in relevant subject (HCI or similar)

* UX Design experience on software products or complex interfaces to a high standard.

* Significant UX research experience

* Ability to take ownership of UX direction for a product

* Strong team player with excellent communication skills

* Experience of designing for interfaces on software platforms including phone, tablet and desktop

* Skilled with; Axure, Sketch, Zeplin, Invision, Marvel

* Experience of workshops and working with internal stakeholders

* Experience of managing/supervising more junior designers

* MUST BE ENGLISH speaking!
