This established, privately owned, British organisation celebrating their 41st anniversary, are seeking a professional, challenge orientated and focused IT Infrastructure Systems Engineer to enhance their Infrastructure Services Team

This role is pivotal and challenging, diverse and rewarding and will offer you an opportunity to grow technically as the breadth of in-house technology and pipelined projects are substantial.

The person required will require tenacity, patience, teamwork and the flexibility to go the extra mile and offer a 1st class customer experience. As a Technical Specialist you will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with new hardware and software technologies with a number of major technical projects imminent. The role will require a solid mix technical, functional, people and team management.

Coexisting in a team of Technical Support Analysts who are tasked with the support over 500+ users in a Microsoft Ideal, your key responsibilities will include all Server configurations 20012/2016, Active Directory, VMware, HP, Nimble Storage and MS Azure and Office 365.

You will be required to understand major technical development direction of suppliers within your own sphere of expertise. You will manage server and desktop environments to agreed availability and performance targets, plus ensure auditable adherence to technical service and performance levels.
