Testing Engineer
Buckingham
£30k + Benefits
An exciting new opportunity is now available in Buckingham for a Testing Engineer.
The successful candidate will be required to outline test strategies and, is responsible for the improvement of the test management process to ensure all test progress is reported to management and so that greater test control can be provided for the product development life cycle.
As a testing engineer, you will need to write scripts and code, create and use testing tools, and you will also directly work with the project team on product testing exercises.
Some of the other projects you will be working on include performance testing, building and executing regression testing strategies, automated testing management and support of user acceptance activities.
This role will be focused around product testing throughout the whole of the product development cycle, from product concept all the way through to the sign-off and release.
The successful candidate will have:
* Product testing experience
* Planning experience
* Experience working with software, firmware, and electronics would be beneficial
* An engineering degree will also be beneficial
