Support Analyst (Windows Active Directory Microsoft Exchange 1st Line). As a Support Analyst you will be the first point of contact for all IT support issues across the business. You'll be required to respond to, troubleshoot and resolve all users' issues promptly and must be able to pro-actively recognise issues that may develop into larger issues. Working as part of a close knit team, you will need to meet tight deadlines whilst providing the highest level of support to the business.
Based in London, you will join a collaborative and technology driven team who will encourage you to reach your full potential as a Support Analyst.
Requirements:
*Previous experience within a support role (either commercial experience or a placement year as part of your studies)
*Understanding of Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange
*Strong Windows 10 and Microsoft Office knowledge
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills
*Highly proactive individual who is keen to learn new skills
*Likely to be degree educated in Computer Science or similar
