Salesforce Administrator/ West Midlands/ Up to £40,000 + benefits

Mason Frank International are currently working with a large end user with offices throughout the UK who are expanding thier Salesforce team and are now looking for a Salesforce Administrator to come onboard. This company are a household name and a leader in thier respective field and are investing heavily in the Salesforce platform, so this is a great time to join the team and work on some exciting internal projects!

The Company

-Large end user with offices throughout the UK who recently implemented Sales Cloud to 250 users

-Are now about to embark upon a Service Cloud rollout to another 250 users, meaning upon completion they will have a Salesforce instance of 500+ users on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Lightning

-Relaxed company culture with flexible working hours

Key Requirements:

-Hands-on declarative development- Reports, Workflows, Dashboards, Objects

-Excellent communication skills

-User training & adoption. This is a large rollout of Salesforce so the successful candidate must be comfortable training users on the platform

-Experience working on atleast one large internal project (eg a migration from Classic to Lightning)

-Comfortable working directly with stakeholders
