C# Software Engineer Warrington £45k

Huxley Associates and an Engineering Innovator in High-End Machinery are looking to recruit a Software Engineer on a permanent basis, owing to the continued growth of the company and the need for additional headcount to meet current & future project demands.

As Software Engineer, you'll be an integral part of a multidiscipline Engineering team, specifying, designing, implementing & commissioning specialist Machinery applications (controlled using C#) for the High-End Engineering & Science Applications within Pharmaceutical, Life-Sciences, Healthcare & Industrial / Engineering Applications.

For this Software Engineer role, my client are looking for a Software Engineer who is degree educated and has the following experience:

* Degree in Electrical Engineering / Software Engineering / Automation Engineering / Computer Science Engineer (or equivalent Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics Degree)

* Proficient with C#.NET or a similar object-orientated languages and familiarity with SQL Server and/or Oracle

It would be beneficial if the Software Engineer had experience in the following:

* Experience with applications development in a machine control environment

* Knowledge of electrical control systems and ability to configure complex servo drive systems.

* PLC/HMI programming experience and experience with ABB/Staubli/Motorman robot arm software applications.

In addition, the Software Engineer must be willing to travel in UK, Europe and USA for extended periods during Commissioning Phase

For the successful Software Engineer, a salary up to £45,000 plus benefits is on offer and this Software Engineer role is commutable from Warrington, Liverpool, Wrexham, Chester, Runcorn, Manchester, Wigan, Northwich, Knutsford, Altrincham and Lymm.
