Install Base Manager - Contract - Brighton Area
The Install Base Data Manager will be responsible for ensuring the data quality and data integrity of the company and install base and customer account datasets. They will be driving adoption of best practice processes, ensuring that data management of the install base and customer accounts meets the needs of the organisation. They will work with teams in Technical Services, Logistics, Sales, Account Management and other functional areas to ensure install base processes and tools are embedded in the business.
Context and Key Responsibilities:
The Project Lead role is a:
* Office based role, with work in the Field as required
* Will report into the Service Performance Team in Technical Services
Key Responsibilities:
* Define policies, standards and governance around the maintenance of the company install base
* Translation of leading data driven strategies into business results
Key Activities:
Data Management & Data Quality:
* Defining and maintaining company standards around data management of the install base and customer account records
* Ensures accurate data quality and data integrity in the company install base and account records
* Ensure that the system for data quality management is operating correctly.
* Define and implement the required reporting dashboards and tools required to manage the data integrity of key company master data
* Assess data quality as part of activities needed for new Digital Service Solutions; Dialog Case Management, RISA Viewer, Caregiver & Remote Diagnostics Platform
Process Management & Process Improvement:
* Define and embed best practice processes across the organisation for management and update of install base and customer account records
* Continual improvement of key company processes around install base and account records
* Work with process management community in designing and implementing data driven business solutions
Communications:
* Able to communicate across organisation and ensure that required processes are followed and that exceptions are handled in a timely manner
* Communication with Senior Leadership and Management to ensure that required processes and standards are followed

Experience
* Proven track record of delivering results through data analysis and collaboration with various stakeholders
* Ability inspire teams to deliver to plan & process
Data Management
* Passionate to work with data with a strong focus on the impact of data in business processes
* Skills with data quality management (profiling, cleansing, enrichment)
* Experience of SAP and/or Salesforce data architect and datasets
* Experience with data quality management tools, data profiling and dashboard reporting
* Able to discuss data management topics at various levels
