Contract Role, East Yorkshire, Embedded Software Engineer, 6/12 Months, £42/£47 Per Hour

I am recruiting for a client over in East Yorkshire, they are looking to bring on an Embedded Engineer to work on a new flagship project that will be entirely greenfield development.

The project will be a highly complex working on separating 3 conjoined systems and making them into 3 fully functional cross compatible ones.

The systems are:

* Engine Drivers

* GUI Code

* Machine Interfacing Side

The code is predominantly written in Embedded C and some VC++ all on a Windows 10 embedded OS. There may also be some separate tertiary applications written in QT you can get involved in.

The project is set to last for an initial 12 months and they are looking to write it up for either the full duration or 2 six month contracts but the scope of this project is drive all future development so there is a wide scope for extension.

They are looking to pay between £42 and £47 per hour for a contractor.
