They offer a diverse range of financial solutions to a number of retail customers in a b2b environment.The RoleThe Systems Analyst translates business requirements into system requirements ensuring that the technical delivery achieves both business and IT goals. The Systems Analyst will pro-actively communicate and collaborate with business stakeholders, architects and developers to help refine business requirements and technical solution to an agreed final versionMain Responsibilities
'€¢Evaluate current business systems based on functionality'€¢Liaise with business stakeholders/users to deliver detailed system requirements including both functional and non-functional requirements that can then be tested.'€¢Document design changes and produce gap analysis'€¢Actively suggest alternative design options where appropriate to requirements to ensure delivery is appropriate, cost effective and efficient.'€¢To understand Audit, Legal and Regulatory requirements on IT systems e.g. PCI and GDPR'€¢Document interfaces between new, legacy systems and 3rd party systems'€¢Collate technical effort by collaborating with IT teams and developers for estimating project cost
Experience Required
'€¢Extensive experience in business system analysis and design'€¢Methodical, analytical and a proven ability to analyse a problem '€¢Experience in Agile delivery and continuous delivery methodology'€¢Knowledge of software design, testing and architecture.'€¢System architectures e.g. web, mobile, middleware, network, database.
