We are establishing a User Acceptance Test (UAT) Support function within Service Delivery team at SQA. This new function will be responsible for providing support to SQA's business users throughout the entire UAT lifecycle. Working across SQA programme and maintenance streams, it will be responsible for establishing UAT regression test suites, training packs and, working in collaboration with business units, implement UAT best practice / ISTQB standards.

We are looking for an experienced UAT Support Lead who can manage, lead, coach and train lead the team of testers with varying level of experience. You should have a background and experience in:

Software Test management

Test Automation

Traditional / Agile SDLC methodologies

Testing Integration of commercial off the shelf packages

Test management tools including Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) & Team Foundation Server (TFS)

Working in collaboration with Service Delivery disciplines, you will also have an understanding of where Testing fits within Service Transition lifecycle.

Applicants, as a minimum, should be educated to SCQF Level 9 (SVQ 4/Degree) and/or be able to demonstrate direct relevant experience for this role.
