Sales Manager - Telecoms

Spring technology are currently working in partnership with a leading telecommunications company to recruit a Sales Manager to join their existing thriving team within Central London

Central London

£45K - £52K + Car + Bonus

The role

As a Sales Manager your role will be to grow top line revenue through leading a team of Account Managers to success. You'll have extensive insight into the UK IT & Telecoms Reseller and Carrier marketplace and proven leadership in developing a strong sales strategy. You will lead a highly professional sales team, creating a high energy culture and entrepreneurial spirit with all members driven to succeed

Key Responsibilities

*Identify new opportunities and managing opportunity pipeline for the desk based team of account managers

*Manage the new business opportunities through to closure

*Define and maintain a 2 year account plan with clear targets and go-to-market plans in place for sales opportunities and new product launches.

*Lead and motivate a team of strong sales account managers and aid in the development of their future careers

*Develop and maintain a revenue forecast for the sales team

You will need

*Credible sales manager with a thorough understanding of the UK Reseller and Carrier marketplace

*Exceptional leadership experience with the ability to lead, influence and motivate a sales team

*Strong experience setting and delivering sales targets, business objectives and improving results where necessary through performance management and coaching

*Proven experience driving business forward, using insight to make strategic decisions and retaining a profitable business

*Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
