Azure Data Platform Consultant

The UK's Leading Microsoft Azure Data Platform consultancy are seeking talented Azure professionals to join their team in response to growth and exciting project wins. You'll be working across the full project lifecycle using the latest technologies in the Azure Data Platform, working on requirements' gathering, design, development, implementation and initial support. You'll be working on-site within a team of 5-15 consultants depending on project size. Your clients mainly FTSE 100 sized companies and will be across a range of industries, including Finance; Retail, Leisure, Telecoms, Manufacturing/Supply Chain and logistics.

Additionally, you'll be responsible for driving adoption of Machine Learning and Data Science technologies based on the Azure platform.

You'll be based in South East England (commutable to London/Surrey) with time split between office and client site (roughly 50/50).

Key skills include: - Expertise in SQL Server Deployment, Configuration and Management- Experience in SSIS, Polybase, JSON Coding- Experience in creating solutions with Azure Data Factory, Data Lake, Azure SQL Warehouse, Azure Machine Learning, Stereaming Analytics, Analysis Services, CosmosDB, Azure DataBricks or other Azure SQL PaaS technologies- Experience Consulting role is preferred.

This is a permanent role, offering:

Base salary - Salaries range from £40,0000 for entry-level consultants up to £85,000+ for Senior/Principals (Azure expertise or strong consulting background a must for higher end).
