C# Developer/ C# programmer/ C# Software Engineer

An excellent contract opportunity has arisen in Manchester for a highly skilled C# Developer for an initial period of 3 months (extensions likely).

Our client has created a globally successful WPF Predictive Maintenance Solution that connects to a number of different devices and systems that enable the visualisation and analysis of data elements to predict the mechanical state of an asset.

The code base is relatively mature and well structured but new modules are required to improve the speed of database build through a template system. In addition, to manage statistics, state and user alerts and some key site visualisation/ dashboard controls are required.

We're looking for candidates with experience in engineering software with a complex data back-end and web service end points to work with the existing code base and development style mainly via C#. Experience of WFP & Entity framework as well as some knowledge of Telerik controls or similar would be useful.

In addition to the aforementioned technical capabilities, the successful candidate will be able to work with minimal supervision but also under the direction of the principal architect and in conjunction with other team members.
