Dynamics CRM (D365) Manager/Internal consultant - London - £70K

My client are a leading investment organisation based in central London who are looking for an experienced Dynamics CRM Manager/Internal consultant. They are known for being leaders in their industry and have a real feel good environment around the office, giving you a chance to broaden your skills within a company who will truly value your input.

You will be responsible for taking ownership of the Dynamics CRM system, liaising with key stakeholders to understand business needs and gather requirements, then customise and configure the system to suit. You will be given a lot of autonomy with the system and are encouraged to be creative and offer solutions to how the system could improve.

The CRM system is used heavily within the business and they are looking for someone who can utilise its full potential and even though they finished a recent upgrade in November they understand there is a lot more that can be done with the system and have other projects lined up in which you will be involved in.

Key requirements for the role:

* Minimum of 3 years' experience with Dynamics CRM

* Customisation and configuration

* Strong stakeholder management skills

* Experience with SQL and data analysis (desirable)
