The Client:
A large financial organisation who have experienced continued growth in the last few years. They are looking for a Business analyst to join their Birmingham Office.
The Role:
As a business Analyst you will be responsible for understanding, eliciting, documenting and analysing requirements to further improve the client's products, processes, systems and service offering to customers.
The Responsibilities:
*Understand, Obtain, document and analyse requirements to further improve the client's products, processes, systems and service offering to customers.
*Work with a variety of stakeholders within the organisation.
*Analyse business processes and provide recommendations for further improvements
*Define system solutions to ensure they align with the clients needs.
*Act as a change agent
The Requirements:
*Previous business analyst experience
*Exposure to technology focused projects
*Strong inter-personal skills
*Good written and verbal communication skills
*Customer focused and considers the customer in all new initiatives
