Job Description of AX Support Consultant

One of the largest Retailers in the West Midlands are actively looking for the best AX Support Consultants to join their highly skilled and dynamic team. My client is offering access to one of the biggest AX and D365 implementations throughout the UK. This opportunity could suit someone looking to work in an outstanding work environment whilst reaping the benefits of career progression and associated rewards. My client are looking to train a support consultant on D365 and give them exposure to as many industries as possible. My clients are offering continuous training, certifications and most importantly a great base salary with executive benefits. My client will consider candidates throughout the UK.

Roles and Responsibilities of AX Support Consultant

* To set-up branches within MS Dynamics AX 2012 and D365.

* To liaises with a small team and third parties.

* Assist in systems testing and implementation.

* To take on lead AX Support issues.

* Train users of the AX system.

Requirements of AX Support Consultant

* Previous experience with any Dynamics AX 2012 and AX 2009.

* Previous support experience.

* Good problem solving skills.

* Demonstrates an understanding of business processes and business practices.
