Program Manager wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
Your experience/skills:
* Expertise in controlling costs within budgeted levels.
* Highly experienced in managing risks, issues as well as rising risks and escalating appropriately to senior management.
* Profound leadership background with the competency of guiding and coaching the team.
* Competent handling of key Program Partners' and Stakeholders' interests for smooth integration and implementation of the program and achievement of its objectives.
* Languages: fluent English both written and spoken/ German would be an advantage.
Your tasks:
* Will be responsible for program management of a large program rollout at the client.
* End to end ownership with a team of architects, project managers and developers.
* Manage senior stakeholders and present to Steering committee including CIO.
* Managing Cost of providing service within budgeted levels.
* Managing risks and escalating appropriately to Senior Management.
* To create all quality documents, collect metrics data and conducting Audits.
* To perform Value creation and KM activities.
* To ensure process improvement and compliance, participate in technical design discussion and review technical documents.
* To create project plans and keep track of schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.
* To manage key Program Partners / Stakeholders interests for smooth integration and implementation of the program and achievement of its objectives.
