Huxley Associates and an Engineering Innovator in Machinery & Mechanical Handling are looking to recruit a Project Manager on a permanent basis, owing to the continued growth of the company and the need for additional headcount to meet current & future project demands.

Project Managing a Multi-Disciplinary Engineering Team (Electrical, Mechanical, Software & Controls), the Engineering Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery.

The Project Manager must be an individual who will take ownership of their project and work with the customer to ensure that the projects are delivered to agreed time, cost & quality and working with some of major names in the Aerospace, Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Industries, delivering complex Engineered Machinery Solutions, the Project Manager should still have a strong functional knowledge of Engineering Principles and be able to converse with Engineers Stakeholders both internally and with customer.

Managing multiple projects at any one time of varying size, stage & complexity, the Project Manager should have experience of managing project budgets, ranging from £25,000 up to £multi-million and have experience of working / contending with external factors (Ie customers changing project delivery dates etc).

For this Engineering Project Manager role, my client are looking for Engineering Project Manager who has the following:

* HND / BEng / MEng in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Electronic Engineering).

* Previous experience of full project lifecycle experience (End-To-End Cradle to Grave)

* Demonstrable Project Management experience of Complex Engineered Products / Engineered System / Machinery / Engineered Equipment from Requirements Capture through Design, Manufacture, Delivery and Commissioning

* Managed multiple projects at any one time

* Effective stakeholder management

* Can Do" Attitude to Project Delivery

* Articulate and effective communicator capable of working with stakeholders at all level.

* Passion for Engineering,
