This is a one-off opportunity for a Junior Firmware Engineer to join an international leader of consumer electronics working on exciting wireless devices.

Based in Cambridge, as a Junior Firmware Engineer you will be working on cutting edge wireless technologies. You will be interacting with the digital design teams through to developing, debugging and delivering the embedded software solution. Your key skills with be with embedded software, C programming and experience of memory constrained environments. You will need to have 2+ years of experience and a degree in computer science/ electronic engineering or a similar subject.

You will need to have experience of bare metal development, some knowledge of real time operating systems and some experience with a scripting language, ideally Python or Perl. Any experience with wireless technologies such as Bluetooth, Zigbee and WiFi are an advantage.
