Role: IT Services Assistant

Position: 18 FTC

Location: Manchester

Salary: £20,000 - £22,000

A great opportunity has risen in the Manchester area for a IT Services Assistant to join an exciting education company.

My client requires an IT Services Assistant to join the IT function. This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have some previous experience in a similar role and you're looking to broaden your skillset and develop within an exciting environment.

Job Responsibilities:

* Ability to clarify non-routine matters and explain complicated matters

* Ability to deliver high-standard customer service

* Ability to diagnose IT & AV problems from conversations with users

* Ability to prioritise own workload and to handle a number of competing tasks to deadlines.

Experience:

* Good working knowledge of Microsoft office applications

* Systems such as Microsoft outlook/ exchange

* Basic knowledge of computer networks

* Experience of using Microsoft Windows in a networked environment

* Working knowledge of Moodle

* Experience of Apple Mac OSX
