Dynamics Training - BriefWe are looking for MS Dynamics CRM trainer to deliver a new course to the Sales, Marketing and Customer Services teams. There will be an initial pilot roll-out to the Chiltern region, based in St Albans, followed by a 'big bang' approach to six other regions, where we will be taking them all live at the end of April.
Our plan is for one trainer to cover delivery at the regional offices, so will need to be happy to travel around the sites , with one in each of the following locations:
• Brentwood
• Tamworth
• Chertsey - covering two regions in two different training locations
• Bristol
• London
In terms of dates,
This needs to start in April and run through to September
pre-August can be flexible, but the three weeks in August and September are fixed
Here is a brief explanation of what we intend the days to cover:
COINS Course
COINS is the current CRM system that the client use.
We feel that attending a COINS course would give you an insight into the user base and also the current system.
We would not expect you to become proficient in COINS, but feel that awareness would be advantageous.
Day on-site with Sales Team Once again, this will give you exposure to the role of Sales Advisor. The Customer Service and Marketing teams have a more traditional role, so we feel it is not necessary to spend time with them, pre-rollout.
Trainer information days We are planning for all the trainers to get together once a month before the pilot training in July, to ensure that everyone is kept informed about the project progress.
Pilot training
There will be seven days of training in the pilot region in St Albans. Our hope is that all trainers will attend this training.
Train the Trainer and pilot debrief We will collate feedback from the pilot training and run a formal Train the Trainer course to ensure that everyone is comfortable with Dynamics and ready for training delivery
Regional Training Each trainer will be allocated a number of regions. They will deliver training to all departments, other than Marketing, this course is being delivered centrally.
Floorwalking Following Go Live, our intention is for each trainer to return to their nominated region to offer hands-on support. Two days of this will be spent on the road with a Sales Manager, which will mean that a number of sales sites will receive post-Go Live support.
