Supply Quality Manager

£55,000 - £65,000 + Progression + Training + 33 Days Holiday + Company Pension

In this role you will ensure that suppliers develop and implement the best practices that emphasize defect prevention, reduction in variation and waste and provide for continuous improvements to meet quality standards.

This position will challenge you on many levels, develop your skills and give you the respect that comes from working for a leading company who are in a phase of rapid expansion.

The Role:

*Assuring customer contract requirements are being met

*Implementation of best practice quality vision, strategy, policies to improve performance

*Leading quality audits for suppliers

*Carry out supplier product quality planning

The Person:

*Experience working in Supply Chain/Quality Management

*A background in electromechanical engineering

*Ideally experience in the Defence industry

*Worked to established quality systems - ISO 9001, AS9100, and ISO 13485
