PNL Application Support Analyst -SQL - Investment Bank

Application Support Analyst with Excellent understating on PnL processing within an Investment bank. Proven experience and good rapport within the business and IT community.

Must be able to manage priorities and ‘own' incidents and problems. Good communication skills. Team player.  Desirables:  Understanding of SQL Experience of application support in PnL applications within the Investment Banking environment.  Familiarity of ITIL processes and methods. Good knowledge of Microsoft products.

Role:

This role will involve functional support of the 2 inhouse applications, the banks global P&L reporting, Explain reporting and trader sign-off applications.

Provide first and second line functional support for the PnL applications

Liaise with the business, development and other support teams

Liaise between London and global support teams

Prioritise, track and resolve incidents/requests using the ITSM Service Now application.

Analyze change requirements, test changes and coordinate releases

Keep the collective team knowledge base up to date.
