LA International have been awarded a multi-million pound portfolio of work with a Public Sector client based in Leeds.

The programme has identified the need for an experienced Commercial Manager to be responsible for the planning and execution of all agreed commercial activities.

Public Sector/Government experience is highly desirable as the successful Commercial Manager is required to have previous experience working with government frameworks such as G-Cloud, DoS, CCS etc. Previous experience of Invitation to Tender (ITT) is also highly desirable.

The successful commercial manager must have experience of the following:

1.Demonstrable experience of large-scale IT programmes

2.Ability to work effectively within a large programme, including working effectively to meet time, cost and quality standards expected

3.Knowledge of Government frameworks, DoS, G-Cloud, CCS etc.

4.Bravo experience is essential

5.Strong stakeholder management ability (particularly cross-government working)

6.Excellent communication skills including both written and verbal formats

7.Strong delivery experience, including demonstrable experience of working within an established, structured programme team, to include planning, governance and ability to manage complex workloads, risks, issues and dependencies effectively

8.Ability to work both independently and within a team environment and interact with other team members.
