Job Description of IT Support Technician

A leading manufacturer and distributer in the Wilshire area are actively looking for an IT Support Technician to join their highly skilled and dynamic team. My client is offering an exciting and diverse position where the successful applicant will cover all aspects of their IT system within their dynamic team. My client is currently implementing a Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 system and this opportunity could suit someone looking to develop their knowledge and to get involved in an AX system implementation. This is suited for someone who is looking to work in an outstanding work environment whilst reaping the benefits of career progression and associated rewards. My clients are offering training on their AX 2012 system and most importantly a great base salary with executive benefits. My client will consider candidates throughout the UK.

Roles and Responsibilities of IT Support Technician

* To be the go to person with regards to all support and administration issues.

* To customise and integrate on AX 2012.

* Configure and test business systems.

* Assist in systems testing and implementation.

* Train users of the AX system.

Requirements of IT Support Technician

* Previous experience with any ERP (Sage, Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics) - AX knowledge would be advantageous but not required.

* Problem solving skills.

* Demonstrates an understanding of business processes and business practices.

* Previous IT and administration experience
