CRM Customer Marketing Strategy Consultant - London

As an CRM Customer Marketing Strategy Consultant you will an essential part of this organisation's CRM marketing practice. You will be working with a team of experienced and qualified consultants to consult major stakeholders of top tier organisations on the best practices of CRM Marketing and strategies. You will also be involved with the hands on deployment of multichannel loyalty, retention and acquisition marketing campaigns. As well as this you will also be involved in creating complex customer journeys with a wide range or different organisations.

This organisation is a multi-award winning consultancy looking to expand their CRM Marketing operations exponentially in 2019 and 2020. This organisation is constantly winning over millions of pounds worth of new projects year on years ad is only looking to continue and grow in size ad headcount. Key Skills:

* Experience within building CRM strategy

* Experience of hands on multichannel campaigns deployment

* Knowledge on the following platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe campaign, Adestra, Silverpop IBM Watson, CheetahMail, Responsys)

* Experience speaking with stakeholders (Strong communication skills)
