There's a lot of great things happening at Your Housing Group making it a good time to join the business and get involved. We are currently implementing significant investment into Digital and Organisational transformation and our ICT Team is growing and evolving significantly over the next 18 months.
Due to this, we now have an exciting opportunity for a capable ICT Service Desk Analyst to join our collaborative ICT function and assist customers by providing IT support during this period of significant change in systems, process and strategies.
You will be responsible for providing a first-class support service and be a single point of contact for all IT related issues and requests from our customers across multiple sites.
You will also be responsible for incident management, ensuring all requests escalated from 1st line support are progressed to resolution in line with the service and operational level agreements ,whilst maintaining a high levels of customer service.
