We have an opportunity for a Content Scheduler / Editor to join Experis on a permanent basis. You will be working as part of our Employed Consultant team, on site with Europe's leading Media and Broadcast giant based in West London. Job Purpose

You will be responsible for delivering customer data-driven content merchandising schedules and ultimately, a superb content discovery experience for the client's customers. You will also help deliver their customer's engagement KPIs in order to achieve their vision of getting customers quickly to the content they love.

This will involve:

* Effectively delivering and maintaining content promotion schedules across multiple products for UK & ROI, working closely with the client and multiple partner channels

* Curating Entertainment, Movies and Kids content in-app and on tailored legacy device homepages using the client's tone of voice and following the editorial strategy to drive team KPIs.

Skills Required

Qualifications

Desirable

* Degree educated with a specialism in Journalism, Media or Marketing.

Specialist Knowledge

* Proven experience in content scheduling, either on demand or online and a strong understanding of content promotion across different territories.

* Experience working in a content-driven or media organisation, particularly in an editorial or scheduling role.

* Proficient with all Microsoft Office software particularly with Excel.

* Experience working with a wide breadth of editorial and curation systems.

* Must have expert knowledge in TV, Movies and a keen interest in Kids TV.

* Using data and insight to inform decisions.

* A thorough understanding of consumer needs and how consumers engage with and consume content.

* Maintaining multiple schedules for and On Demand programmes.

Desirable

* Experience of scheduling for TV.

* Maintaining multiple schedules for linear.

* A passion and knowledge of entertainment content and technology products.

* Experience using Freewheel system.

Industry Experience

* Demonstrable experience working within a high-pressured media environment.

* Experience with an OTT or TV product.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Must be entrepreneurial, a problem-solver and creative thinker.

Technical Skills

* Proficient with all Microsoft Office software especially PowerPoint and Excel.

* Experienced working with a wide breadth of editorial and curation systems/CMS.

* A knowledge of using Adobe Photoshop to manipulate images.

* Excellent attention to detail.

* Creative, flexible, proactive.

* Comfortable with meeting the challenges of tight deadlines and prioritising workload.
