API Consultant, API Integration, Technical Account Manager

A leading technology company are seeking an API Consultant to join their team based in Oxford. Working within their large modern offices our clients work is used by millions on a daily basis. The API Consultant will help partners and suppliers to integrate with our clients APIs, answer questions and offer solutions. The API Consultant will have the ability to communicate with both non-technical and technical audiences, be able to manage client expectations well and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The successful API Consultant will have worked as a Technical Account Manager or in Technical Support, working with a business to business technical environment.

Skills and Experience the API Consultant will bring:

Strong experience in technical support or as an account manager working with API's, Web Services or a business to business technical environment

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Understanding of API's, Web Services and programming languages like JavaScript, Java or PHP

Ability to communicate with technical and non- technical audiences
