An exciting FinTech are seeking experienced Java Developers / Software Engineers to join their ever growing team. You will be working within a highly agile micro services environment with cutting edge technology (Java 8-11, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, React Native, React.JS) and like-minded Java Developers / Software Engineers. The company employs specialist JavaScript Developers, Java Engineers, Full Stack Software Developers and Mobile Engineers - all with skills you can utilise, learn from and share ideas with.

The Java Developer / Software Engineer will be helping to unsettle a highly established market with fresh and innovative ideas. They are hoping to become a giant in what they do and be recognised in their field as Netflix, Uber, Amazon and Spotify are in their domains.

Skills and experience the Java Developer / Software Engineer will bring:

Strong experience with modern Java e.g. 8

Micro services and API design

A degree in Computer Science or related

DevOps tools e.g. Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker etc.

Architecture and full stack knowledge

The Java Developer / Software Engineer will be:

Mentoring and supporting less experienced member of the team

Advocating best code standards and practices

Building cross-team architecture

Exploring and testing new technologies that could help the team
