We have a new job opportunity available for an SEO Specialist / Analyst to join our client in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. The successful SEO Specialist will be joining a growing and world-leading e-commerce company in a SEO Specialist role that has great potential to grow as the company continue to expand. Our client have recently adopted a "data-first" approach, expanding their data analytics resources and are seeking a data-driven SEO Specialist to optimise their busy website to help generate revenue. The SEO Specialist will work in a dynamic, collaborative digital team at the forefront of the company's digital strategy.

The SEO Specialist will be responsible for:

Accomplishing SEO growth goals, monitor & communicate SEO results on a daily basis

Conduct weekly analytics reviews (e.g., Google Search Console) to identify issues and new opportunities. 

Complete analytical deep-dives to identify performance trends, as well as benchmarking and monitoring competitor performance and activities. 

Continually experiment with SEO, monitor, and provide results to digital team

On-page optimization/implementation for improved traffic and conversions. 

Manage off-page efforts and provide input into backlink acquisition strategy.

Keep pace with search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends & developments.

The SEO Specialist will ideally have the following skill & experience:

SEO analysis and search engine marketing

An understanding of optimization for natural search.

A SEO technical and analytical mindset. Experience in working with data and able to manipulate large data sets and analytics (to identify relevant trends and insights is essential).

An eagerness to deliver business results. Strives to be accountable and provide visibility to the digital team around outcomes.

SEO and analytics toolsets such as:

Google Analytics

Google Search Console

Search rankings platforms such as AHREFs, BrightEdge, AWR, STAT, SEOClarity.

Furthermore, the SEO Specialist will be passionate about SEO and eager to develop cutting edge search marketing approaches and contribute to evolving SEO practice.

Our clients' offices are based near Abingdon, in a beautiful countryside setting, Ideal for those looking to avoid the heavily congested areas of Oxford city.
