ServiceNow Developer role based in Birmingham is needed by one of the fastest growing retail based companies. This exciting role will include developing the ServiceNow tool and configuring and maintaining for the future.

**£35k-45k depending on ServiceNow developer experience

**Starting April

This client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to expertly develop the ITSM ServiceNow tool to continue to drive them to the top of their market. A passionate candidate with proven ServiceNow development and configuration experience is required.

Responsibilities include:

* Making sure the ServiceNow tool is up to date, set up to monitor, capture and alert on all events

* Providing expertise on all technical questions related to the development of ServiceNow

* Designing and implementing the automation of existing and new ServiceNow processes

* Communicating with technical and non-technical audiences about the API capabilities
