* The client is looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join their team within their East Midlands office.
* Provide a single point of contact between all the company's clients through a variety of channels including helpdesk portal, telephone and email
* Take calls, raise tickets, and resolve tickets or triage to relevant teams or 3rd party suppliers.
* Carry out initial troubleshooting and diagnostics
* Experience of application support
* Desire to learn
* Customer service experience
* Experience working in a service desk/ helpdesk/ support environment
* Experience of call logging and speaking to users.
