Customer Support Analyst/ East Midlands/ Permanent/ £20-£24k/ MIS/ Service Desk/ Helpdesk/ Support Environment

The client:
* The client is looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join their team within their East Midlands office.

The role:
* Provide a single point of contact between all the company's clients through a variety of channels including helpdesk portal, telephone and email
* Take calls, raise tickets, and resolve tickets or triage to relevant teams or 3rd party suppliers.
* Carry out initial troubleshooting and diagnostics

The requirements:
* Experience of application support
* Desire to learn
* Customer service experience
* Experience working in a service desk/ helpdesk/ support environment
* Experience of call logging and speaking to users.

The role is a permanent position based in the East Midlands area, with a salary paying up of £24k.
