We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with development experience in a major language to improve tooling and technology and start to move towards a site reliability engineering environment for a Hertfordshire based Software House.

As the DevOps Engineer you will have a broad remit across infrastructure automation, providing expertise in the scalability and security of the platform and AWS environment and introducing modern container technologies. This is a great opportunity to work with a team in an 'SRE' mindset and moving further towards these methods.

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with;

* Development/software engineering experience using Java, Python or C++ (Go, Rust or Scala also fine!)

* Experience with AWS and preferably wider CI or Container tooling in a cloud environment

* Infrastructure as code and infrastructure automation mindset

Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 plus Benefits
