Senior IT Support Engineer (3rd Line) - C.London - £55K

Responsibilities:

* Resolve, update, escalate, log and close helpdesk support calls, dealing with users over the phone, email, remote and face to face

* Desk-side support (Windows 10/Office365)

* Configuration and administration of the network for all sites

* Installation and support of server, network, PC, mobile hardware and software for all sites

* General end-user support

* VMWare and Veeam

* Azure/AWS - Setting up Azure/AWS as DR/Site Recovery from VMWare Estate

* Windows Server build and configurations

Personal attributes:

* Good commuication skills

* Strong customer service skills

* Able to work well as a team
