Digital Learning Designer/Developer - Government - London or Warrington - 9 months

This requirement is deemed inside IR35

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Digital learning designer to join a law enforcement organisation and design, develop and maintain blended learning solutions in support of the New Model for Learning (NMFL) to Law Enforcement Officers and where appropriate, external partners to support business needs.

This is a requirement for skilled instructional designers in digital learning so we can commence a blended approach to training whilst upskilling and developing the organisations own officers to continue this work in the longer term.

Essential:

Experience of developing, maintaining and delivering internal blended learning programs.

Creation of eLearning courses using a rapid authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate or other commercial authoring tools.

Experience in producing storyboards, scripting, e-learning production

Experience in developing digital classrooms and learning communities

A passion for learning technology

Strong course delivery skills and excellent verbal, written and presentation/communication skills.
