Excellent role on offer for a technical manager looking to join a rapidly expanding company where you will play a pivotal part in the growth and success of the business.

Do you have strong hands on background? Do you have management experience looking to manage multiple sites?

This company are the industry leaders in waste management. They design, manufacture, install and maintain their own equipment which is all special purpose. The business have plans in place to open 3 more sites this year, and up to 10 year after year until their products are rolled out UK wide, before going overseas, so it's a great time to join the company at the beginning of their journey.

In this role you will work directly with the MD, overseeing the companies 2 current sites, with plans in place for up to 25 more in the next few years. You will manage the plant managers and technicians, overseeing new sites opening, installation, planning, commissioning and project work.

The 2 sites are based east and west London, with the company's offices in Kent, therefore you will need to be prepared to travel between sites. Any management background within engineering and process driven environments are considered.

The role:

*Working directly alongside MD

*Overseeing and managing 2 plants

*Project managing new plant construction and openings

*Project managing new plant installation and commissioning

*£50,000 + Fuel + Progression

The person:

*Strong hands on background

*Management experience

*Ideally live in London, Sussex or Kent
