A fast-growing IT and Digital Solution Provider to the UK’s SME market has an exciting opportunity for a SAP Graduate to join its team in Failsworth to help their customer and work towards a career in SAP.Having established strategic partnerships with Sage and SAP, the company helps medium-sized enterprises realise their business goals through the intelligent use of best-in-class business systems. They currently service over 400 UK customers, providing software, consulting and support services.
Full training will be provided to enable you to carry out this exciting position.
As a SAP Graduate, your daily duties will include:
Providing 1st line B1 support services to clients via telephone and email.
Properly identifying and resolving product and technical questions and inquiries.
Liaising with Implementation Consultants and 3rd party suppliers during the resolution of client issues.
Managing and maintaining call logs using internal systems.
To be a successful SAP Graduate, you will have:
A business degree/apprenticeship or equivalent with a concentration in Accounting and/or Information Systems.
Good understanding and knowledge of accounting principles.
Genuine interest and passion a career in IT and Technology.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
The ability to handle multiple tasks.
Self-motivated with a passion for developing IT knowledge and skills to develop into a consultant.
Excellent communication skills with a very personable telephone manner.
In return, the Graduate will receive a salary of £23,000 - £28,000 per annum plus excellent benefits.
