IT Operations Technician

An organisation Computer Futures have assisted multiple times have asked me to assist in finding them an IT Operations Specialist

The client is based in central London and has reliable transport links from the main London Terminals.

The assignment is for 6 months initially and paying a competitive daily rate.

You will be assisting in the expansion of the Global IT presence by providing remote IT support for multiple EMEA offices. This person must exhibit a high level of professionalism in providing superb customer service and exercise sound judgement to provide timely resolution to difficult technical problems.

Experience required:

* Strong experience with both macOS and Microsoft Windows.

* Strong experience with Google Apps Suite.

* Jira

* Okta

* G Suite

What they're looking for:

* 2+ years of experience providing support in a professional enterprise IT environment.

* Work with IT team to develop and support tech services - both cloud and on premise - network, client management, cloud storages, VPN, Google Apps, Okta, Atlassian.

* Provide remote support via ticket, chat, phone, or video conference for the EMEA region and provide backup coverage for wider IT Operations org.

* Help document and automate common tasks.

* Manage inventory of equipment, software applications, and other IT assets.
