Our global client is currently searching for a Senior Product & Test Engineering Manager to lead a team of test and product engineers, to bring new products to high volume. The role will involve driving test development activities as well as defining and implementing working processes. Training and people development will also be a critical part of the role.
Key requirements for the role will include:
* Strong semiconductor test/product experience within a high volume environment
* Team leadership and managerial experience
* Solid technical understanding of test engineering processes
* Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Microelectronics or equivalent
