IT Support Incident Manager (Trading Application ITIL SQL). Would you like to gain valuable knowledge of financial trading systems, have a logical mind, a love of problem solving and the aptitude and desire to learn?

Joining this FTSE 250 trading firm as an IT Support Incident Manager you will be responsible for managing technical Incidents and Changes ensuring that any issues affecting the business are quickly diagnosed, workarounds are determined, root cause analysis is performed and actions are taken to ensure that incidents are not repeated. You'll gain an indepth understanding of how the trading systems backend processes work including daily reconciliations.

You'll based in open plan City based offices with a range of facilities and break out areas including pool table and ping pong table. There's a good work / life balance and regular social and sporting events. Excellent career progression opportunities.

Requirements:
*Experience as an Incident Manager
*Experience with ITIL, incident management, service review and problem management
*Advanced analysis and problem solving skills
*Basic knowledge of SQL
*Interest and desire to learn financial products
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
