Java Developer / Software Engineer (Full Stack Agile TDD Java 8). Are you a talented and ambitious Java Developer looking to widen your skills across the full technology stack? You'll be working in an open, collaborative environment where learning and personal development are key and there's a strong pipeline of Greenfield projects as well as flexible working.

Joining an Agile TDD team that cares about code quality, as a Java Developer you will design and develop the core platform for a market leading software house that provide a suite of smart voice services to a variety of clients ranging from investment banks to the emergency services. You'll be using Java 8 and will gain exposure to AWS, Scala, Kotlin and Node.

You'll be based in Central London, within a friendly team environment that encourages knowledge sharing, close collaboration and regular company wide hack-a-thons.

Requirements:

*Strong experience with modern Java

*Advocate of Agile development using Test Driven Development (TDD), unit testing, refactoring

*Thorough understanding of Computer Science fundamentals such as OOP, Data Structures, Design Patterns, Algorithm design, SOLID design principles

*Advocate of automation wherever possible, familiar with CI/CD environments

*Collaborative team member with excellent communication skills; keen to learn and share knowledge
