Currently, my team are working with a leading financial organisation who are looking for a Business Analyst / Functional Designer to join their growing, ambitious and well established team. This organisation are going through one of the worlds biggest recruitment drives as they look to increase their grip on the market with their innovative, quick thinking and fast paced approach.

Within the role, you will be responsible for requirements gathering from key stakeholders within the business with regards to any changes / improvements that are required. Document the details in order to pass the design brief off to the technical team and also help mentor the junior members of the team in order to help the team grow.

What YOU need to have:

* A thorough understanding of common requirements, analysis and management techniques and tools
* A solid understanding of Faster Payment Service operations as well as the industry
* Payments application functionality
