A well-established company based in London City, SE1 seeking an Account Manager to join its expanding team in Lambeth. The company started over 20 years ago, has developed an exemplary reputation in the promotional merchandise industry for servicing all branded confectionery needs. Please note that this is an internal office-based role.As an Account Manager your duties will include:
Handling incoming enquiries.
Calling/dealing with existing customers.
Staying in good communication with existing customers (a few visits only).
Finding products to suit the client’s needs.
Quoting and negotiating.
Taking part in a few trade shows.
Helping develop the division together with MD.
To be a successful Account Manager you will have the following skills and experience:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Fluent in English.
Previous Inside Sales/Account Management experience.
Dynamic with a good drive.
Willingness to learn and the ability to work on your own initiative.
Excellent telephone, customer service experience skills.
Good negotiating skills.
Good IT Skills.
In return, the Account Manager will receive a basic salary of around £30,000 - £35,000 per annum plus commission.
