We have a new exciting opportunity for a Technical M&E Project Manager looking to join a large well-established growing company that specialise in high value building and refurbishment projects, offering the opportunity to progress technically and professionally.

Are you technically astute within an M&E refurbishment environment? Do you have experience of working on or managing building services projects involving hot water systems, boiler rooms, ventilation / HVAC as well as having the technical knowledge to fully understand project lifecycle and system functionality.

This turnkey contractor specialises in high-end residential M&E fit outs and are looking for a technically minded project manager with knowledge of how systems work and what needs to be done before commissioning stages to join their expanding M&E department.

In this responsible role you will be managing projects of £15 - £20m in value. The company is known for putting their employees through relevant training and even degree courses so it can really offer progression both technically and professionally. You will need strong technical knowledge of all mechanical building services and have experience of directing and managing Electrical sub-contractors.

This role will suit a technically minded M&E project manager looking to join a well-established, growing company with the chance to work on high-end technically challenging projects.

The role:

* Technical M&E project management

* Projects ranging from £15 - £20m in value

* £55,000 - £75,000+

The candidate:

* Technical understanding of building services and how they work

* Project Management experience including sub-contractors

* Knowledge of SHEQ

* Looking to progress technically and professionally
