An excellent role for an experienced Operations Manager looking to join a specialist telecommunications infrastructure company where you work on technically challenging projects, with the opportunity to progress into a Directorship position.
Do you have experience of managing a team? Do you have experience within the utilities, telecoms industries or come from a similar background such as gas, electricity or logistics?
This company specialise within the telecoms industry where they provide an expert service across the whole of the midlands and Home Counties, with operations potentially moving to a nationwide scale as they move forward. They are rapidly expanding and have won several multimillion pound contracts with an ever growing order book. They have doubled their turnover over years and are projected to continue to grow year on year. Due to this they are looking for an Operations Manager who will become instrumental in this rapid growth.
In this responsible role you will manage and support their external telecoms infrastructure business, focussing on production, logistics, safety, cost monitoring, quality procedures and workforce control amongst others including business development and contract delivery. You will need some knowledge in stores, Health and Safety or Civils along with a good sense of humour as well as being able to manage a team in one of the aforementioned sectors.
This role would ideally suit an Operations Manager who is looking to spearhead the growth of the operations department within a rapidly growing company, where you will work on technically challenging projects whilst progressing into a Directorship position.
