Backend Developer - Python, Django, Cloud

This growing technology company in the healthcare space is looking hire an experienced Backend Developer to join its expanding team in Barcelona.

They have developed a cloud-based platform that is used by their apps, embedded and web applications.

Your role will be to develop and maintain the cloud backend and will involve:

-Developing and maintaining the backend software project, which is written in Django

-Designing and improving the software architecture in light of new business use cases

-Maintaining the REST API that is used by our mobile and web apps

-Deploying development, staging and production backend and databases on AWS, GCP

Key skills/experience required:

-Strong experience as backend developer working with Django, with a proven portfolio of projects

-Experience of Python

-git, gitflow

-Project management tools (Atlassian JIRA or similar)

-Revelant Bachelors or Masters degree, although not strictly required if you having an outstanding record

-Excellent communication and team player skills

-Working proficiency English
